Whoberley Hall is a safe, inclusive and nurturing school where every individual is treated with equality, respect and encouragement. We are committed to helping all children achieve their full academic, social, physical and emotional potential within a happy, caring and enjoyable environment. Strong relationships between staff, pupils and families are at the heart of our community, fostering positive behaviour, mutual respect and a sense of belonging. We believe that every child, member of staff and visitor has the right to feel safe, and we are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children. We promote positive behaviour through rewarding pupils with dojo points. Children can then spend these dojos on exciting prizes!

We follow our school behaviour rules: Be Ready, Be Respectful, Be Safe and Be the Best You Can Be. By following these rules, children are prepared for learning, show respect for others, make safe choices and strive to be the very best version of themselves.
