Believing  Achieving  Learning for Life

Year 4

Welcome to Year 4!

In English, the children were set the task of building a boat linking to our focus book 'The Whale'. Congratulations to Harry and Liam for winning the competition. Well done to all the children as all of the boats managed to float.

We have been using the book 'The Whale' as a stimulus for our writing. The children brought the storm scene to life!

Amazing instructions lesson today! How to make a jam sandwich. The children loved bossing me about for a change.

Please visit our school videos page to see our fantastic story map based on 'The Twits'. The children spent a long time learning this and I think they did an amazing job!

Beatrice made two wonderful chatter boxes about being positive and kind. Well done!

Hunting for invertebrates in science!

Fantastic homework completed by Ruby. She has used the book 'Here We Are' by Oliver Jeffers as inspiration to complete this beautiful poster.

More wonderful poetry from Year 4 today! All about being positive and calm!

Amazing poetry about a special place
