We strongly encourage our children to wear uniform as we believe it promotes a sense of being part of the family of the school. We also feel it fosters a positive working atmosphere within school. When out on school trips, uniform enables us to easily identify our children and ensure their safety.
School uniform can be purchased from any retail outlet or from The Schoolwear Company on Winsford Avenue for items with the school logo.
The basic school uniform comprises of grey/black trousers or skirt and white shirt, blouse or polo shirt. The colour of sweatshirt, cardigan or jumper will differ depending upon the year group that your child is in:
Nursery and Reception :
The children wear a gold coloured sweatshirt, cardigan or jumper. In summer the girls may choose to wear a yellow dress.
Years 1 ~ 5 :
The children wear a forest green coloured sweatshirt, cardigan or jumper. In summer the girls may choose to wear a green dress.
Year 6 :
We expect our Year 6 children to be positive role models for the rest of the school and in recognition of this the children wear black coloured sweatshirts, cardigans or jumpers.
Children are expected to have a change of clothes for physical education lessons. A pair of shorts (preferably black) and a plain white t-shirt with black pumps/trainers for outdoor lessons should be kept in school within a named PE bag.
ALL SCHOOL UNIFORM, PE KIT AND COATS MUST BE MARKED WITH YOUR CHILD'S NAME
CHILDREN SHOULD NOT WEAR JEWELLERY OR MAKE-UP
